This policy explains how GrownetAI ("GrownetAI", "we", "us"), of Rohini Sector 5, New Delhi, India, collects and uses personal data through grownetai.com and our services. For any privacy question, email contact@grownetai.com.

• When you contact us or ask for a quote, audit or project brief: your name, email address, phone number, company and anything you write in your message.
• When you apply for a job: your name, email address, phone number, the role, your portfolio link and your message.
• When you book a call: the details you enter on Cal.com.
• When you message us on WhatsApp: your number and your messages.
• Automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived, from our hosting provider's logs and, if you agree, from analytics cookies.
• From clients during a project: data a client gives us to build or run their systems. We handle that data on the client's instructions, under our contract with them.

• To reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver our services (our contract with you, or steps you asked for before one).
• To review job applications (steps before a possible employment contract).
• To keep the website secure and stop spam (our legitimate interests).
• To understand how the website is used and improve it (your consent).
• To send updates or offers, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We never sell your personal data.

Only the providers that help us run the business:

• Google: Gmail delivers form messages to us, reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam, and Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measure site use.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Cal.com, which handles call bookings.
• WhatsApp (Meta), for chat.
• Our accountants and legal advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

We use cookies the site needs to work. Analytics (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) loads only after you choose "Accept analytics" in our cookie banner; if you decline, it never loads. You can change your choice any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer, or block cookies in your browser.

We are based in India, and our providers may process data in India, the United States and other countries. Where UK or EU law applies, these transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, take it with you, and withdraw consent at any time. These rights come from the UK and EU GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and US state laws such as California's CCPA/CPRA.

Access to your data is limited to the people who need it, data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and our forms are protected against spam and abuse. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the regulators as the law requires.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
