Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of grownetai.com and any service you buy from GrownetAI, of Rohini Sector 5, New Delhi, India. A signed proposal, statement of work or plan order (an "Order") adds to these terms; if the two conflict, the Order wins.

We design, build and run software for clients: websites, web and mobile apps, custom software, AI agents, chatbots and automation, cloud and DevOps, software testing, cybersecurity, UI/UX design and digital marketing. The scope, deliverables and timeline of each job are set in its Order.

• Plans include a set number of work hours each month, plus the deliverables, support and reporting listed on our Pricing page.
• Unused hours roll over for one month, then expire.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. Some plans carry a one-time setup fee on monthly billing.
• Annual plans are paid up front for the year, and the setup fee is waived.
• You can move up or down a plan at any time; the unused part of your current month is credited.

Projects outside a plan are quoted at a fixed price for the agreed scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it. 50% is due to start the project and 50% on delivery.

Ad spend, AI model usage, hosting, domains and third-party software are paid by you at cost, or directly to the provider. They are not part of any plan or quote.

Invoices are due within 7 days. Prices are shown in US dollars or Indian rupees and exclude taxes, which are added where they apply. We may pause work on overdue accounts after written notice.

• Monthly plans: cancel with 30 days' notice. There is no lock-in.
• Annual plans: they simply don't renew if you cancel.
• Projects: work already done and costs already incurred remain payable.

Payments are non-refundable.

Timely access, content, feedback and approvals. Delays on your side may move the timeline.

Once you have paid, you own the code, designs, content and accounts we create for you, including if you leave. We keep our own tools, templates and know-how, and give you a permanent licence to use any of them that are built into your work. Open-source and third-party components stay under their own licences.

We each keep the other's confidential information private, during the work and after it ends. We sign an NDA on request.

AI outputs can be wrong. You are responsible for checking them before relying on them for important decisions. We build in the safeguards agreed in the Order.

We fix defects in our work reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge. Ongoing support is provided through a plan.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Either party can end an Order for a serious breach that isn't fixed within 15 days of written notice. When a contract ends, we hand over your work and access once all invoices are paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute in good faith; if that fails, the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
